Who Is Your Main Point of Contact During a Surrogacy Journey?

What Is The Role of a Case Manager?

Danny Cook-Wong of Same Love Surrogacy explains the role of a case manager during a surrogacy journey and why they are essential to the process.

What does a case manager do?

Your case manager is responsible for coordinating between all parties involved in the journey. These parties include but aren't limited too, your IVF clinic, your attorney, your surrogate, your egg donor, and your escrow. It is vitally important that you have an open line of communication with your case manager (preferably a cellphone number) that you can reach them at any time. A surrogacy journey is very complex and it is crucial that if you need help that you are easily able to get in contact with your case manager at any time.
