Day of the Dead Celebration hosted by Our Family Coalition, Oakland, California

Location: Fruitvale Plaza, Oakland, California

From the Invite: Join Our Family Coalition and Somos Familia to celebrate Día de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead) in Fruitvale Plaza. There will be music, altars, dancing, food, and much more. Stop by the altar to celebrate our Latinx LGBTQ ancestors and the incredible Latinx LGBTQ lives lost to violence. Learn about the traditions and symbols of "Day of the Dead" too. Children and families can celebrate the memory of loved ones as well as honor the continuity of life through this annual cultural festivity!

Halloween Social for Families hosted by Triangle Community Center, Norwalk, CT.

Geared for families with kids ages 12 and under, TCC's Halloween Social for Families will be a special, spooky event for you and your kids.

This free event will feature activities for families with kids, a spooky (age-appropriate) storytelling session, and goodies for your favorite ghoul or ghost!

Dress to impress: We encourage you and your little ones to come dressed in your Halloween costumes!

Rainbow Families Halloween Party hosted by Rainbow Families, Washington, D.C.

From the Invite: Happy Halloween! Join us for a spooktacular evening of Halloween festivities! Everyone is encouraged to come in costume - parents, caregivers, children, and friends alike!

It promises to be a fun evening with music, dancing, crafts, food, fun, and, of course, a children's costume parade and contest. Kids of all ages are welcome!

Pre-Registration Rates are Available Online Only Thru the end of the day, Wednesday, October 25.

Member Pricing: $10/Adult & $5/Child (3 and Up) - All children 2 and under are FREE.

Non-Member Pricing: $15/Adult & $10/Child (3 and Up) - All children 2 and under are FREE.

After Oct. 25, you may still register at the door. At the door registration pricing will be $15/Adult & $10/Child (3 and Up) for everyone.

Queer and Trans Family Event: Halloween Hullabaloo, hosted by The 519, Toronto, Canada

From the Invite: A celebration of imagination, role-play, creativity and what learning can arrive from stories and ancestors. Focus is on fun and musical mayhem, and don't forget to dress for the Annual Costume Parade (or make a costume on the spot!).

Queer and Trans Family Events are designed for queer and trans families and celebrate LGBTQ diversity.

Kidding Around Halloween Party hosted by The Center, NYC

From the Invite: In this edition of the LGBT Community Center's monthly family event, Kidding Around, things are getting mighty spook-tacular. Ghost, goblins, superheroes and princesses can celebrate Halloween with dayglo coloring, pumpkin decorating, a treat-filled bar, pizza and mini pumpkin pies! Make sure to wear your dancing shoes for the monster bash! Ages 8 and younger.
