Former N’Sync member Lance Bass is opening what is being touted as the largest gay nightclub in the nation later this year.
According to Los Angeles-based website WeHoville, the 41-year-old singer/actor recently signed a lease to rent a massive club space on the northwest corner of Santa Monica Blvd and San Vicente Blvd, in the heart of the Boystown LGBTQ entertainment district.
The space had been occupied by the Rage nightclub for 37 years, but the longstanding establishment closed permanently in September 2020 after a dispute with the landlord.
The nightclub building, which is already being gutted for renovations, sits across the street from Rocco’s lounge, where Bass is also currently a partner.
There is still no official name or opening date for the soon-to-be club.
However, there is a low-key website that appears to be promoting “the biggest gay nightclub in the USA,” which is “coming to WeHo this year.”
