Marcus Williamson, Executive Director
"When I came out years ago, I never saw the possibility of having a family of my own. As my career developed, I remember a gay couple coming to me in the mid-90s wanting to start a family through surrogacy. Some of my colleagues at the time told me I shouldn't help them, but I knew I had to help them!
Over the last 25 years, it has been a career highlight to help so many LGBTQ people from around the world have kids.
I work seven days a week, bringing three decades of experience making sure each and every patient receives personalized care from me and my entire team."

Caryl Markus, R.N., A.D.N., Manager, The Center for Collaborative Reproduction
Since starting with FCI in 2005, Caryl has worked with hundreds of LGBTQ couples and individuals in the US and abroad pursuing parenthood via IVF, gestational surrogacy, donor egg and donor sperm. As a third party case coordinator for over 10 years she worked with patients to coordinate care and traveled to various countries to share information on the US laws for third party reproduction and gestational surrogacy. She is passionate about offering hope to patients who would not have options to parent due to the laws in their country or sexual orientation. In her current managerial role, she guides patients via a team towards their goal with care, compassion, and precision.
